Two Bowls of Noodles
While in Datong, we were told by two different people to try two different kinds of noodle dishes.
One cold noodle dish:

| Dao Xiao Mian Both were delicious, but I think I preferred the cold noodles better. |

Your blogs bring back so many memories We lived in Shanxi for 2 years and Dao Xiao Mian / Dao Shao Mian was a weekly treat and Datong a fabulous trip with a student for a similarly brief period of time Hard seat looks way different! Time to return I feel.
