The Real Memorial Day Weekend

This is where I'll be spending this coming weekend with Scott, a couple of friends, Scott's dad, Neil, and Neil's friend, Dick, who are both visiting from Wyoming. It's a Forest Service cabin in Steamer Bay located about an hours boat ride from Wrangell. We're all hoping to catch some fish. I have yet to catch a king salmon for the derby.

I've been horrible with blogging this past month, not for lack of thinking about it though. But I've just gotten reconnected to the internet at home and in my unemployed state I will be blogging more regularly. Please come back soon...

The End

As I say goodbye to StoryCorps Alaska, I'm getting a bit nostalgic for Barrow. I just spent the past twenty minutes looking at various slide shows on iPhoto, which somehow managed to pick just the right background music.
